Where can I find places that liquidate model home furniture?

I am looking specifically in the metro Denver, Colorado area.

1. A lot of times they sell the model home furnished. If the new owner doesn't want it, find out from the sales people where it was rented from.
2. Usually these model homes are built by huge development companies and, if the buyer of the home doesn't want the furnishings, they move the furnishings back to the warehouse and move it into the next model home. They will use the model furniture at least one more time, if not more often than that. When they do choose to get rid of them, most builders will give the furniture to charity; send it to consignment shops; sell it at rock-bottom prices to their employees as a company perk; or hold a public sale or auction. Contact these developers in your area, such as John Laing Homes, to find out when they intend on having a sale. Also, if there is a Parade of Homes, contact them.
