How can I mix different wood color furniture in a nursery?
I really like the antique and Vintage look but I have a Crib made out of Oak, wich is like a medium light brown and a changing table that is maplewood, I could paint the changing table but I need Ideas to make the room Vintage for my little baby Girl

- put a nice tablecloth over the table, such as a draping cloth, that will also give you an older look, save on paint, you may want to use the table later, I never would encourage anyone to paint hardwood
- You could pick a fabric that you want to use for your crib, for example in a vintage room you may choose a toile pattern, and then you could paint the change table the colour of the scene in the toile, so if you choose a white and green then you paint the changing table a light distressed green. This would also look nice in a light blue or pink and also gingham or florals would look nice. examples; http://www.beyond-bedding.com/enlarge.html?http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/yhst-95552160618728_1988_43473038 http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/714/newdresser1vf7.jpg Or you could paint the change table an Antique white or creamy colour, and then use fabrics on both the change table and crib that match.
