American and FOREIGN antiques?

Are there any antique traders (not necessarily dealers) who have bought and sold antiques and collectibles cross border. Like finding an antique located in Canada (or other countries), and because of the exchange rate buy it for a good deal. And then re-sold it in the USA for a profit? Thanks

1. Search on net Sotheby's, Madam Tussuad's, Christie's etc. Please excuse wrong spellings...especially, the proper nouns.
2. Yes... and shipping is not only expensive, but it is a total pain in the butt and takes forever. Not worth it in my experience.
