1. i'm not sure about websites but I know that the library has many books about antiques that offer current estimations. I have used the books for many of the things that I have inherited and got great and some so so answers. And some things I guess I'll never know. But another thing to try is the antiques road show. You can look them up online to see when they are coming to a town near you and you can get tickets to get in. They will answer your questions and sometime you will get offers to sell your items.
