i want my room to be vintage...?

soo i need to know where to get good furniture for cheap. and i want it to be like a pale pink vintage look or like a retro 1940's look.

1. I would suggest you look in antique stores or used furniture stores. Look in the phone book where you live and see if there are any near you. Also, go to yard sales and estate sales.
2. For real vintage stuff, look at garage sales, flea markets, antique stores, estate sales,etc. My friend has her room done like this and got a bunch of stuff from her grandma's house and attic. She got a quilt form her grandma adn painted this old metal bed pale pink. She has these cloth napkins and doileys sitting on her dresser and night stand. Also, I think she might have bough tsome new stuff from Target. They have a bunch of stuff called "Shabby Chic" and it matches well.
