  1. Flea markets, consignment shops, yard sales
  2. I find it by watching the classified, auction and vintage websites, craigslist, going to estate, tag, moving and garage sales, checking the consignment stores & letting them know what I am looking for. I leave a list of "wanted items" at thrift stores, flea market vendors, vintage and antique stores, second hand appliance stores, salvage stores and yards. Sometimes I get what I'm looking for because someone knows someone who has what I need and sometimes, it takes time for it to turn up. But, I've found the more sources you let know what you are seeking, the faster and easier it is to get it. It never hurts to reward your sources with a little thank-you gift because they remember you the next time you are seeking something.
  3. Look around antique stores in your area
  4. retroplanet.com also you might want to browse the thrift and antique shops in your area we bought a 50's kitchen dinette at a thrift store and my husband just refinished it,,, and you can get great deals at these stores
  5. Search secondhand market and antique stores.
