How do i get rid of the old furniture at home?

okay this seems too be a very common sense question but i need to know. I need to get rid of some old wooden and iron furniture. What are the various options? Please i do not want answers like burn it or throw it away. I need serious answers.

5. In my town, all you have to do is to put it out on the curb. If somebody hasn't hauled it off by trash collection day, the trash collector will. And people will haul off things you'd never believe. When my house burned, I put some melted plastic accordion doors out there, and they were gone before I got back in the house. Most recently, I put a very large, heavy couch out there from my rent house. It was dirty and flea infested, and was gone in 30 minutes. Bags of leaves have gone for mulch for somebody's garden. Somebody even took a rusted hot water tank, I suppose to sell for scrap. I've even found my own trash at garage sales.
6. Advertise Under Used Furniture And Make A Few Bucks Or Have A Yard Sale Along With Other Things You May No Longer Have Any Use For Or Donate It To The Salvation Army Or Give It Away To Friends Or Family.......
7. try to sell dem by keepin al ur furniture at a medium range price suitable accordin to da conditions of da furniture n ur thoughht of price keep a furntiure day for ur self to check all ur furnitures r in proper conditions and can b sold if dey r in proper conditons for more money try to spread da news by mesengers or make some pamplets n stick dem somewhr whr its too crowded or tel ur frnd and tel dem to spread
8. You can freecycle on Craigslist, but the easiest option is to put it on your curb a couple of days before trash day. If someone doesn't pick it up, the trash man will. Alternatively, you could donate it to Good Will, Salvation Army, etc.
9. Nothing.But,sold them and add some money in them and buy new.
10. Gift it to someone less fortunate. Life has a way of returning to you what you give - and with interest. I would advise not to give it to your servant or someone who works for you - that will only increase their greed and you will also start expecting better service because you gave. The best person is someone neutral - who can possibly never give you something in return.
11. Okay,so you really wanna get rid of old furniture... You can try "re-polishing" your wooden furniture,it completely gives you a new shine and saves a lot of money...For iron,there are "anti-corrosion" lotions available at any nearby store ...you can also polish the iron in the same way..... If you've broken wood furniture,thenn get it repaired and then paint it with bright polish(as mentioned above)...IT Gives a great look,and people feel as if we've brought a new set of furniture..(its an economical way...i've tried so suggesting you))) If you really wanna spend some money to buy new furniture,then better donate the furniture as the one which seems "broken" to us is useful for others....
12. Hi Dia I am sorry for my one question. I think that hearted you. In future I will take care in asking a question not hearting anybody in this forum In Singapore This is a great problem & we Keep outside near lift lobby & govverment manage to lift it up. No return. In india lot pf poverty so I suggest to distribute in Poor peoples.

14. 10 Have it re upholstered 2) just put a blanket or nice clothe to cover it 3) hold a garage sale and sell it 4) Donate it to charity
15. either give it to Kabari (waste collector) or if yu have nice thoughts just give it to some one who is in need like yur maid or some other because kabaris do not pay more for wooden furniture
16. sell them. or rennovate them like paint a few with diff colours theyll look new &decorate them with a few things u can thus create ur own style in furniture
17. Donate it to people on Lohri or Holi so that they can burn them and enjoy festivals.
