Info about antique flag collectibles from tea???? Please help!!?

I just got these antique cloth flags collectibles that are about 2 inches by 1 inch at an antique auction. They said they are from 1929- 1930 and came from tea (like Wade collectables). They have different countries names and symbols of the countries (like beaver for Canada) on them. I was wondering if anyone new what tea they are from and maybe some info about them??? Thanks!! They are like ribbons!!
